Job summary

Neuberger is seeking a seasoned Private Wealth Product Governance professional to define product eligibility and governance rules, translate business intent into data specifications, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. The role sits at the core of design and governance for Private Wealth products and investment programs.

You will bridge business objectives with operational rigor, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Data & Technology to design program enrollment

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with exposure to investment products or advisory programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with investment advisory models, fee structures, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience defining or working within product eligibility, governance, or operational rules frameworks
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable specifications

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain rules governing what products and programs can and cannot do, including eligibility and offering restrictions
• Establish and document guardrails for new and existing products and account types
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to translate constraints into clear operational parameters
