Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in private wealth management or related field.
• Lead adviser/relationship manager for UHNW clients.
• Strong track record of originating, growing and retaining client relationships.
• Network of UHNW families with a credible, commercial book of business.
• Regulatory compliance awareness and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and foundations.
• Provide comprehensive wealth management advice for complex financial needs.
• Originate and expand the client base through established networks and referrals.
• Collaborate with investment, estate planning, tax, and trust professionals to deliver sophisticated solutions.
• Participate in succession planning and transition of client relationships as part of leadership development.
• Contribute to strategic growth and future leadership of the firm.
