Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide broad support to an assigned group or manager. The role includes data collection and report preparation, travel coordination, and drafting correspondence.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent and several years of experience in administrative roles are expected.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of administrative/support experience preferred.
  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and data interpretation.

Job Description

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for an assigned group or manager.

Other duties may include:

  • collects and interprets data to produce reports
  • conducts special projects
  • coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements
  • composes correspondence and other documentation as needed

Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc. Specific job duties vary by area.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
