Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide broad support to a manager and team in Minneapolis.

You will collect data for reports, coordinate meetings and travel, and prepare correspondence, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and MS Office proficiency.

This role offers opportunities to grow within a large financial services organization and requires a high school diploma and 5–8 years of experience.

Job Description

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for an assigned group or manager. Other duties may include:

  • collects and interprets data to produce reports
  • conducts special projects
  • coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements
  • composes correspondence and other documentation as needed

Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc. Specific job duties vary by area.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Salary

Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
