Job summary

Glenmede is seeking a Research Analyst, Private Wealth to conduct fundamental research on domestic large-cap equities and partner with portfolio managers on a proprietary strategy. The role will generate actionable insights, support buy/sell decisions, and aid in portfolio construction and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in an investment environment, particularly equity research.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with AI-enabled tools, FactSet, Bloomberg, or similar market data platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research: maintain a watchlist of companies, run quantitative screens, provide broad coverage, support portfolio analytics, validate outputs.
• Portfolio Construction and Management: collaborate with lead PM, execute rebalancing trades, manage models and SMA portfolios, perform tax-loss harvesting.
• Risk Management: dashboards for portfolio risk, monitor constraints, prepare monthly attribution summaries.
• Client and Internal Support: communicate portfolio updates, prepare strategy materials, support senior management and client discussions.
• Firm Building: contribute to initiatives improving investment capabilities and client experience.
