Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field.
• Anticipated graduation date May 2028 or later.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional client interaction.
• Skilled in writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation design (PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Motivated, proactive with a strategic mindset and desire to learn.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service to clients and associates.
• Experience with email tracking software, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office and SharePoint is a plus.
• Prior office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PWM-wide news publication and editorial processes.
• Draft, edit and update news items and stories, including support news and filming.
• Coordinate and prepare for calls and meetings.
• Support communications efforts, research, write and implement internal news stories and presentations.
• Gain exposure to long-term communications planning.
• Maintain the internal communications calendar.
• Collaborate with PWM, Marketing & Communications teams.
