Job Description

This role provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, ensuring operational excellence and client advocacy. The Associate is the primary point of contact for client service needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client service, educating clients on banking offerings.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on requests.
  • Assist in aligning practices with bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management.
  • Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting banking integration into daily practices.
  • Support day-to-day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal increases.
Required Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and results focus.
  • Client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently holds or pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (63/65 acceptable in lieu of 66).
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
  • Experience working with clients, fulfilling needs, delivering solutions, and providing excellent client experience.
  • Comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment with changing responsibilities.
  • Detail oriented and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

Minimum Education

Schedule & Compensation
  • Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
  • Hours per week: 37.5
  • Location: US – WA – Spokane – 601 W Riverside Ave – Spokane Financial Center (WA2141)
  • Hourly pay: $25.00 – $44.00 (based on experience, education, and skill set)
  • Eligibility: Discretionary incentive based on performance.
