Bernstein Private Wealth Management in Los Angeles is seeking an Administrative Assistant to partner with Wealth Advisors and Management. You will prepare presentations, coordinate client meetings, manage calendars, and handle a range of administrative tasks to support client service and business growth.
The role requires 1+ year of experience in corporate admin, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to partner with senior investment professionals to serve a broad range of clients’ needs.
As tasks are mastered, duties may be supplemented with other projects of increasing responsibility to further enhance business development and client servicing efforts.
Approximate Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm. Flexibility to work overtime as workload demands change. Total compensation is competitive and comprised of base salary plus overtime.

In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows: Base Salary: $75,000-80,000. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, benefits, year-end incentive compensation, and other incentives. This role is eligible for overtime pay.
