Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $31.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide session reports within twenty-four hours of each tutoring session.
• Balance tutoring hours effectively for each student.
• Teach students in a manner that meets their individual needs.
• Address existing clients' concerns, questions, and requests.
• Follow up with the office regarding students' hour packages.
• Service only those students whose needs match your expertise.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in education or tutoring preferred.
• Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus but not required.
• Experience with basic database and data entry skills.
• Ability to create lesson plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse students.
• Excellent administrative, typing, PC, and recording skills.
• Reliable transportation with current insurance is required.
• Access to the internet, a computer, and a smartphone.

Compensation

Standard $21 and up; Certified, Specialized & Test Prep $25 and up.
