Job summary

EY Private Tax is a growing practice focused on privately held businesses and their owners. As a Manager, you will provide personal and private tax advice, lead tailored strategies, and oversee a team delivering complex tax planning and compliance.

You will advise on family governance, wealth transfer, and cross‑border matters, while developing client relationships and driving business growth in a balanced hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant tax experience.
• CPA or Bar membership is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in tax or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance for complex private clients.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Navigate multi‑jurisdictional tax matters for families and businesses.
• Coach and supervise a team of tax professionals and review work.
• Develop solutions and provide high‑quality client service and risk management.
• Foster long‑term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Travel as needed and participate in client working sessions.
• Ensure adherence to policies and drive process improvements.
