InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We provide clients and support, plus liability coverage.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, travel to pool locations, and creating personalized lesson plans while ensuring student safety and progress. Join a growing network and earn competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
