Job summary

Sunsational Swim School LLC is seeking experienced independent swim instructors for Spring/Summer 2026 to join our nationwide network. You’ll travel to local students’ homes or community pools to teach swimming, select your own clients, and set your own schedule for flexible part-time or full-time work.

Earn $38-$60/hr with bonuses and incentives, and enjoy easy payments with direct deposit. You’ll partner with a trusted program that provides training support and ensures safety and quality

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience preferred.
• Transportation to travel to students' pool location.
• Passion for teaching and working with children.
• Professional, courteous, and enthusiastic.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Vetted aquatics professional, CPR certified, passes a national background check, and has a proven track record of successful teaching.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes or community pools to teach swimming lessons.
• Choose students based upon location, age and schedule.
• Teach on your terms–part-time, full-time, or just the hours you want.
• Provide clear feedback to swimmers and families.
