Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company. We connect qualified instructors with clients in their homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and we provide the clients; you’ll be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

This role offers flexible work, local travel, and the chance to join a growing network of instructors. Background checks are covered and onboarding is quick.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
