Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients' private homes and community pools all within your location. We supply the clients, you set the schedule, and you can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

As a national private mobile swim lesson company, InstaSwim serves clients in major cities across the US. We offer flexible travel radius, fast payment, and liability coverage, with a growing network of instructors

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and has US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
• Travel to clients' pool locations and schedule lessons with flexibility.
