Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' homes and community pools in Texas. Join our team to enjoy scheduling flexibility, quick payments, and the opportunity to inspire swimmers of all ages.

You will conduct private and small group lessons, creating custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs while ensuring their safety. Applicants must have relevant swim instruction experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Provide a fun learning experience for students.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
