A national swim lesson provider is seeking professional swim instructors to conduct private lessons in clients' homes and community pools. Candidates need to have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be certified in CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain), and must be 18 years or older. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
