A national swim lesson company is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools. Instructors will enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and support from a dedicated team. Candidates should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and be CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification). Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to student's ability.
• Monitor student's progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
