Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must have swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must have US work authorization and be based in the US.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to client's pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to students.
• Assess skills and monitor students' progress.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
