Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with local travel and insurance coverage provided.

We supply clients and match opportunities in your area, and the onboarding is quick. Must have 2+ years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization. Competitive pay ranges per hour and a supportive team backing you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US with work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress; adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience.
