Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across California and surrounding cities. Instructors set their own schedule and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We handle client matching, and provide insurance coverage through our policy. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, reliable transportation, US work

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
