A national private swim lesson company is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.

• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills and monitor progress.
