InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company offering private and small group lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, travel to local pools, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim provides clients and supports you with a streamlined onboarding, enabling you to start teaching quickly in a flexible, rewarding role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
