Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of swim instruction, US work authorization, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and a positive, safety‑minded attitude. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour, with flexible travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and based in the US with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility and travel to clients' locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
