InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States, including Kansas. You decide your schedule and locations, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of teaching experience, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness), reliable transportation, and US work authorization. You’ll gain flexible hours and fast pay while helping swimmers of all ages reach their goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
