Job summary

InstaSwim seeks professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the area. You set the schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson. We supply clients and add you to our general liability policy.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, developing personalized plans, traveling to locations, and ensuring safety while delivering engaging, effective instruction for all ages and skill levels.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full, tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
