Qualifications

• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en instruction de natation.
• Certifications CPR et Premiers Secours (ou volonté de les obtenir).
• Fiabilité dans le transport et équipement d'instruction de natation si nécessaire.

Responsibilities

• Conduire des cours de natation privés et en petits groupes.
• Créer des plans de leçon personnalisés en fonction des aptitudes des élèves.

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients private homes & community pools all within your location & surrounding cities! We supply the clients, you set the schedule! With the ability to choose what clients to work with and to get paid within a 24 hour period after each lesson, there's really no better choice out there!

Swim Instructor Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.

• Earn $40-$60 per 1 Hour lesson.
