Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $60.00/hr

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients' private homes & community pools within your location & surrounding cities. We supply the clients, you set the schedule! You can choose your clients and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, making this an attractive opportunity.

Swim Instructor Responsibilities

1. Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
2. Schedule lessons flexibly.
3. Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
4. Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
5. Assess skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons accordingly.
6. Provide a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.
7. Ensure student safety at all times.
