Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' private homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. You set your own schedule and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), and have reliable transportation. Based in the US with work authorization; background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
