InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional swim instructors to teach swim lessons at clients' homes and community pools. Enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours for each lesson. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and must be CPR certified.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills and monitor their progress.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
