Athletes Untapped is the nation’s #1 platform for private sports coaching, connecting coaches with local athletes across the United States. You’ll run 1:1 and small group soccer lessons, set your own rates, and pick your availability and training locations—from parks to indoor facilities—while using our platform for all communications, scheduling, and payments.

This role is ideal for current or former college and pro athletes, college/high school/club coaches, and experienced private trainers

Qualifications

• Strong sports background and coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to coach soccer across beginner to advanced levels.
• Experience working with kids and families is a plus.

• Use our platform tools for all communication, scheduling, and payments.
• Build long-term relationships with athletes and families.
• Commit to being active on the platform for at least 12 months.

We offer a flexible way to earn extra income or expand your client base, with coaches setting their own rates, schedules, and training locations. Wherever you’re based across the country, we’ll help you find local athletes and grow your coaching business.

This role is perfect for current/former college and pro athletes, college/high school/club coaches, and experienced private trainers. It’s also a great fit for anyone with a strong sports background who loves working with kids and wants to make a difference through coaching.

What You’ll Do

• Run 1:1 and small group soccer lessons - from beginner to advanced levels
• Set your own rates (typically ranges anywhere from $30–$100/hour)
• Choose your availability and training location (parks, courts, fields, indoor, etc.)
• Use our platform tools for all communication, scheduling, and payments
• Build long-term relationships with athletes and families
• Commit to being active on the platform for at least 12 months (it can take a few weeks for new coaches to gain real traction - success doesn't happen overnight!)

• Dedicated Support: We back you with tools, resources, and client support - helping you turn each client into long-term coaching relationships. The AU average is 10+ lessons per client!

Important Requirements

• Minimum 5 hours/week availability
• Must respond promptly to booking inquiries (ideally within a few hours)
• All payments and messaging must be handled via the platform
• Coaches must process their sessions in the app calendar to receive payment
