Athletes Untapped is looking for passionate coaches to provide private pickleball lessons across the United States. Coaches will set their own rates and schedules while using our platform for bookings and payments. Ideal candidates are current or former athletes, coaches, or trainers who love coaching and working with kids. Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per week is required. We offer a flexible way to earn extra income or expand your client base, with coaches setting their own rates, schedules, and training locations. Wherever you’re based across the country, we’ll help you find local athletes and grow your coaching business. This role is ideal for current/former college and pro athletes, college/high school/club coaches, and experienced private trainers. It’s also a great fit for anyone with a strong sports background who loves working with kids and wants to make a difference through coaching.

What You’ll Do

Run 1:1 and small group pickleball lessons - from beginner to advanced levels
Set your own rates (typically ranges anywhere from $30–$100/hour)
Choose your availability and training location (parks, courts, fields, indoor, etc.)
Use our platform tools for all communication, scheduling, and payments
Build long-term relationships with athletes and families
Commit to being active on the platform for at least 12 months (it can take a few weeks for new coaches to gain real traction - success doesn’t happen overnight!)

Dedicated Support: We back you with tools, resources, and client support - helping you turn each client into long-term coaching relationships. The AU average is 10+ lessons per client!

Important Requirements

Minimum 5 hours/week availability
Must respond promptly to booking inquiries (ideally within a few hours)
All payments and messaging must be handled via the platform
Coaches must process their sessions in the app calendar to receive payment
