Athletes Untapped is expanding its network of private soccer coaches in the State College, PA area. This part-time, 1099 independent contractor role lets you decide your rates, availability, and training locations while we provide the tech, support, and marketing.

Position Overview

We’re looking for private soccer coaches (new or existing) to join our network in the State College, PA area (50 mile radius). This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor role where you decide your rates, availability, and training locations (most of our coaches have other full-time jobs and do this on the side). We’ll provide the tech, support, and marketing - you bring the coaching.

This role is perfect for current or former college/pro athletes, current or past high school/club coaches, or experienced trainers looking to take control of their schedule and income while increasing their traffic. You must be passionate about helping young athletes improve, and ready to commit at least 5 hours a week. What You’ll Do

• Use our platform tools for all communication, scheduling, and payments
• Build long-term relationships with athletes and families

• Great Pay: Set your own rates - with typical ranges from $30-$150 per lesson - and keep 80% of every booking. No hidden fees and we put our 20% cut towards helping you grow!
• Dedicated Support: We back you with tools, resources, and client support - helping you turn each client into long-term coaching relationships. The AU average is 10+ lessons per client!
• Minimum 5 hours/week availability
• Must respond promptly to booking inquiries (ideally within a few hours)
• Coaches must be willing to use our website or app to schedule lessons (it's how you’ll get paid)
