Job summary

Top Score Education Inc. is seeking both part-time and full-time SAT/ACT tutors to deliver in-home sessions across the DC Metro area, Northern VA, and surrounding locations. Sessions occur on weekday evenings and weekends with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of SAT/ACT tutoring and a passion for student success; they should be highly organized, reliable, and capable of building customized lesson plans while maintaining open communication with students and parents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAT/ACT tutoring experience with a 95th percentile or higher score.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for student success.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with good time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 2-hour private, in-home SAT/ACT tutoring sessions across the DC Metro area
• Build customized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and goals
• Maintain consistent communication with students and parents while collaborating with the Top Score team to track progress and refine strategies
• Complete 50-60 hours of paid onboarding training to set you up for success
