Part-time or full-time positions offer after-school hours (4-10 PM) on weekdays and weekend availability, with the flexibility of travel to student homes up to 30 minutes. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of SAT/ACT tutoring, a 95th percentile SAT/ACT score, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAT/ACT tutoring experience.
• A 95th percentile SAT/ACT score.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 120-minute private SAT/ACT sessions in-home within the DC metro area.
• Tailor lesson plans to individual student goals and needs.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and students to report progress.
• Collaborate with the Top Score team to refine tutoring strategies.
• Complete 50-60 hours of paid training to ensure best practices.
