The Primrose School of Cupertino located at 1002 S De Anza Blvd San Jose, CA 95129 is seeking a Director for our private preschool. This role ensures adherence to our mission of delivering high-quality early childhood education and care while supporting a collaborative leadership team.

Primrose School of Cupertino is an accredited private preschool offering year-round programs for children from infant through elementary age, with a focus on safety, development, and community partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field.
• 1–2 years of Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• 3–5 years as an Assistant Director of a school.
• Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment and budget management.
• Demonstrated highly-effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Experience overseeing preschool operations including HR, QA and facilities.
• Proven track record in hiring, developing and retaining staff.
• Strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.

Responsabilidades

• Overall responsibilities for managing and overseeing all aspects of a private preschool including health and safety, enrollment and financial wellness, staffing, training and retention, campus management, and delivery of high-quality education and care.
• Maintain strong relationships with families, faculty, and vendors.
• Manage licensing paperwork and ensure adherence to all regulations.
• Cultivate and maintain a safe and enjoyable culture in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform all essential functions for each position in the School, including leadership roles and staff.
