Job summary

Inspire Counseling Center is looking for a therapist to join the Kenilworth team in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctorate and be able to see at least 20 clients weekly. This role is embedded in a supportive, positive culture that values personal well-being. The company offers health insurance, 401k, paid time off, supervision, and training. Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 clients a week with weekend availability for the first year.
• Experience with counseling and familiarity with managed care is a plus.
• License or certification must be in-process or obtained.

Responsibilities

• See clients in a dedicated office and manage client paperwork.
• Participate in individual and group supervision sessions.
• Provide assistance to clients in achieving their personal growth.

We're looking for a therapist or social worker to be part of the Kenilworth team, willing to see a minimum of 20 clients a week. We'll work with you to set your schedule and you'll have a dedicated, beautiful, office each week. Inspire serves a wide variety of clients, including kids, adolescents, adults, families and couples.

Requirements

• Minimum of 20 clients a week (25 office hours)
• Weekend availability (for the first year of employment, therapists work at least one weekend "shift" (Friday 3-8, Sat/Sun 10-1 or 1-5pm)
• Experience with counseling --life experience & personal experience with counseling (a plus)
• Paneled with BCBS, UnitedHealthCare, Humana, Aetna (a plus)
• Prior private practice experience (a plus)
