Qualifications

• ANCC board certification is current.
• NPI number valid and malpractice insurance carried.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a 1099 independent contractor with autonomy over your schedule and caseload.
• Credentialing and insurance support provided by Headway to streamline practice setup.
