Job summary

Mishock Physical Therapy & Associates in Phoenixville, PA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches.

As part of a collaborative healthcare team, you will evaluate conditions, create and adjust treatment plans, perform hands-on therapy, and educate patients and families about home exercise programs. A PA license and DPT are required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification and strong clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform hands-on therapies and guided exercises.
• Document patient progress and maintain medical records.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and home programs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize outcomes.
• Adjust treatment plans as patients progress.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and stay current with PT techniques.
