Qualifications

• DPT required from an accredited program.
• Illinois PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Two+ years pelvic health experience.
• Pelvic health coursework, mentorship, residency, or advanced training.
• Proficiency in internal and external pelvic floor examinations.
• Strong communication with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide internal and external pelvic floor manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Maintain high-quality, compliant documentation.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Collaborate with referring providers.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and practice development.
