Job summary

SALT Dental Partners is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon (16 days/month) to join a new stand-alone Oral Surgery office in Corvallis, Oregon. This private-practice setting provides clinical autonomy, co-creative leadership, and robust operational support within a fast-growing specialty dental group.

Competitive package includes $600K-$900K+ total compensation, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, Year 1 guaranteed salary, then transition to a percent of collections with upside, and a supportive team network.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in OMFS.
• Active Oregon dental license or eligibility.
• DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Passion for team-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope oral surgery, including extractions, implants, bone grafting, and pathology
• Deliver safe and effective IV sedation and general anesthesia
• Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Collaborate with referring providers to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
• Provide an exceptional patient experience in a compassionate, professional environment
