Job summary

Willamette Dental is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join the Lancaster Practice in Salem, Oregon. This full-time role offers strong earnings potential and a patient-centered, evidence-based care environment.

You will diagnose and treat diseases of the head, face, jaw, neck and sinuses, perform complex surgical procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and safe anesthesia support.

Qualifications

• DMD/DDS/BDS required or equivalent.
• Active dental license in the practicing state(s).
• Board certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery or pursuing board certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide OMFS care including extractions, biopsies, grafts, and sinus/orthognathic related procedures.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team with adherence to state dental practice acts.
• Ensure PPE, OSHA compliance, and patient-centered care.
