Job summary

AMN Healthcare is actively seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a private practice in the greater Baltimore–Washington, DC metro area. The opportunity features a mix of implants, extractions, pathology, and rehab with high autonomy and light call, plus a strong support structure.

Salary ranges from $400k to $800k+ with a $25k+ sign-on bonus and a potential partnership track. Multiple locations and flexible full-/part-time schedules are offered, along with full benefits and CME

Qualifications

• Mix of sedation cases, procedures, and consults.
• Average ~10 patients/day; 70–80% procedures.
• Bread-and-butter OMS with implants, extractions, pathology, and rehab.
• Extremely light call (shared, practice-only).
• Excellent growth potential in a private practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform implants, extractions, pathology, and rehab.
• Provide consultations and manage office-based OMS cases.
• Collaborate with hospital teams for eligible cases.
• Maintain high-quality patient care with autonomy.
