Dental One Associates in Baltimore is seeking a highly skilled Full-Time Oral Surgeon to support multiple offices (Cross Keys, Westminster, Owings Mills, Bel Air) in the Baltimore market. The role offers a guaranteed base salary and strong case volume from day one.

You will provide comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical care, including implants and third molar removals, with clinical autonomy and a collaborative team-based environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school and board-eligible status.
• Completion of an accredited US Oral Surgery residency program.
• Active dental license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral and maxillofacial surgical care across multiple offices.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad spectrum of conditions.
• Perform implants, third molar removal, and related surgeries.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on options and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and internal teams; maintain ethical standards.
