Clinical skill is important, but personality and team fit matter just as much. We are looking for someone who is:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Down-to-earth, personable, and collaborative

Patient-focused with strong communication skills

Comfortable in a busy private-practice environment

Interested in growing with the practice long-term

Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency

Eligible for or currently holds a Florida dental license

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Collection-Based Bonuses

Compensation will be based on experience, schedule, and position structure.
