We are a growing, privately owned oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Central Florida seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team.

With locations in Kissimmee, Altamonte Springs, and Davenport, we offer the benefits of private practice-not a DSO or SSO-with an experienced clinical and administrative support team and state-of-the-art surgery suites.

Who We're Looking For

Clinical skill is important, but personality and team fit matter just as much. We are looking for someone who is:

1. Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
2. Down-to-earth, personable, and collaborative
3. Patient-focused with strong communication skills
4. Comfortable in a busy private-practice environment
5. Interested in growing with the practice long-term
6. Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Collection-Based Bonuses

Compensation will be based on experience, schedule, and position structure.
