Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is partnering with a private practice near Santa Fe, NM to hire a full-time FNP or Physician Assistant for outpatient primary care. The team includes 6 physicians and 7 APPs, with an option for a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri) and a focus on building strong patient-provider relationships.

The compensation package features a base salary of $150k–$170k, comprehensive benefits, retirement plan, CME, and PTO, plus a $10k sign-on/relocation and student loan repayment up

Qualifications

• FNP or PA licensure with outpatient primary care experience.
• Strong patient-centered care and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 6 physicians and 7 APPs in outpatient primary care.
• Maintain strong patient relationships and spend time with patients.
• Possible 4-day work week: Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri.
• Include sign-on/relocation and loan repayment options.
