Qualifying physicians have completed an accredited nephrology fellowship, hold ABIM certification in internal medicine, and are board eligible or board certified in nephrology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited Nephrology Fellowship Program.
• American Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nephrology.
• Authorized to work in the United States (citizens, green cards, H1B/J1 considered).
• Fellows and experienced candidates welcome.
• Not eligible for Pathway E.
