The successful candidate will mentor staff, oversee daily operations, participate in weekly leadership meetings, and ensure exceptional patient care through collaboration with a skilled clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• licensed to practice in Minnesota.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and share in setting expectations and celebrating successes.
• Mentor and develop new team members.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings to troubleshoot and collaborate on opportunities.
