Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking sworn police officers to join our Company Police Force in North Carolina. This full-time, part-time, or on-call role offers $37.50 per hour with a $2,000 hiring bonus and a $2,000 bonus on the first anniversary.

Beginning with the second anniversary and every year after, you will receive a $4,000 annual bonus for continued service. Duties include patrols, responding to emergencies, and campus safety across hospital properties.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Active police officer not retired.
• High School Diploma or GED, Police ID, VPEC, and Firearm certification.
• North Carolina Basic Law Enforcement certification is required.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital campus and check property to maintain order and public safety.
• Issue traffic and parking citations; apprehend suspects; collect and preserve evidence; assist in medical emergencies and evacuations.
• Attend required training sessions and maintain proficiency with firearms.
• Perform other duties as required to meet client needs.
