This full-time/part-time role offers $37.50 per hour, with a $2,000 hiring bonus, an additional $2,000 on your first anniversary, and $4,000 annual bonus starting from the second anniversary.

Qualifications

• Active police officer, not retired, 21+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED, Police ID, VPEC, and Firearm certification.
• North Carolina Basic Law Enforcement certification required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital campus, check property, conduct room searches, maintain order and public safety.
• Issue traffic and parking citations; apprehend, question and arrest suspects; collect and preserve evidence; conduct investigations; respond to medical emergencies; assist in drills and evacuations; provide escorts.
• Attend required periodic training; maintain firearms proficiency.
• Perform other duties as required to meet the client’s needs.
